In 2003 I took the responsibility to introduce WCM in Capital Equipment – Filling Lines and Additional Materials organization. This new challenge covered Modena and Lund Plant, about 20 Suppliers in Italy and Nordic Area and 8 converting plants for straws, strips and caps
In 2005 we expanded the WCM at customers with the “Operational Cost Reduction” projects.
Achievements:
Successful integration of WCM and Process Redesign with some specific tool as Value Stream Map, ECRS and Makigami.
Introduced the WCM in customers plants with about 1 ML€ savings.

Successful implementation of an IT system to control the Stock Level.
